By accessing or using Resume AI ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Resume AI is a web-based application that allows users to upload their resume and receive a predictive assessment of their likelihood of securing employment. The predictions generated are based on machine-learning models and are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, recruitment services, or employment guarantees.

Specifically:

• Your resume is never saved to our servers after processing.
• Your resume is never shared with third parties, employers, or advertisers.
• Your resume is never used to train or fine-tune our models without your explicit, written consent.
• Your resume is never indexed or made searchable.

Resume AI uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we receive a limited set of profile information (your name and email address) solely for the purpose of creating and identifying your account session.

• We request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary: openid, email, and profile.
• We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google service.
• Google authentication data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• You may revoke Resume AI's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page.

You agree to:

• Upload only your own resume or resumes you have explicit permission to submit.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.

All job likelihood scores and predictions provided by Resume AI are generated by automated models and are not guarantees of employment outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

We are not liable for any employment decisions made by you or third parties based on the results provided by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resume AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resume AI and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
